Mitti ka Itr

A compilation of 21 creative prose by a renowned India artist-writer Dilip Chinchalkar.These feature-like stories cover a wide-range of subjects from our lives, covering features on ants to a neglected flower, from puppies to rocks. It also features a write-up on the acclaimed singer, Kumar Gandharv. Each prose consists of two kinds of writings - observations of the outside, and the reflections these observations evoke on the inside. His observations remind us of our experiences, and evokes a reflective response within us.

Dilip Chinchalker's illustrations presents a nuanced description of each of his subjects. Each one of them has a different flavour based on its nature. They bring out the essence of its being. These illustrations evoke a desire to search within, search all these elements that make up birds, and flowers, animals within us.
