Chandan Yadav's first story collection comes with a special sauce - his straightforwardness packed with wit. His stories often have a subtext, which the reader finds delightfully engaging. Amrita has lovingly created illustrations for this collection. Each of the characters in the stories are thoughtfully created. For instance, a cat is depicted in the way the cat's character unfolds in the story.  Thus, she emphasizes the truth of the stories over reality. She also depicts a dialogue between characters in the story in a novel way. In one story, a camel's human companion is portrayed as deeply anguished. Amrita shows his anguish by depicting the camel holding up the sky with his hands.
